Policy on Stockholder Returns
With regard to the company's profit sharing, we will strengthen our corporate constitution in preparation for the future, and while taking into account the environment surrounding the company, we set the target payout ratio (non-consolidated) of 30% of net income, and have a basic policy of striving to return profits according to business performance and continuing to pay long-term stable dividends.
